This port was the last revision of Policenauts by Kojima and arguably the finest iteration adding some additional scenes, light gun support and an in-game glossary from the previous PlayStation release.

Following his return, he works as a private investigator and attempts to solve a murder and a mysterious disappearance. The game follows Jonathan Ingram, a one-time policeman on an extraterrestrial Earth colony, who drifted into space and returned to Earth 25 years later, having been saved by a "cold sleep" system in his suit.

I cannot find a file that lets me apply the patch. You can either use an emulator or play it on real hardware with a modded PS1 or Saturn with an unlocker cart. I would have been fine with leaving the Japanese voices and having english subtitles (like the fan translation does).
